Treasure Coast and the Palm Beaches
Real Estate Photographer on the Treasure Coast
Tracey Higginbotham shoots listing photos, aerials, and video in and around Jupiter, covering Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River counties, delivered ready for BeachesMLS and every other MLS.
Higginbotham Media is based in Jupiter and works north through the Palm Beaches and the Treasure Coast to Vero Beach and Sebastian. Every shoot is photographed in HDR, so a bright window and a dark corner hold detail in the same frame, with straight verticals and true color. Edited photographs arrive in a private online gallery within two business days, in full resolution and in MLS, print, and social sizes.
Aerials, a walkthrough video, and a Zillow 3D tour with a measured floor plan can be added to the same visit, so a listing's whole media set comes from one appointment and one invoice. Book online from the pricing page: enter the property address first and the calendar shows the times the photographer can reach from the previous shoot.

Frequently asked
Treasure Coast questions, answered.
- What does real estate photography cost on the Treasure Coast?
- Real Estate Photography is $235 and delivers about 40 edited images for a home under 3,000 sq ft. The Minimalist is $325 and adds about six aerial photographs, for listings under 3,000 sq ft. Larger homes add $0.10 per square foot above 3,000, and the booking form shows the exact total before you send the request.
- How quickly are the photos delivered?
- Edited photographs arrive in a private online gallery within two business days, in full resolution and in MLS, print, and social sizes. Where the booking form offers a rush option, it brings delivery to 24 hours or less for $75. Video follows within three to five business days.
- Are drone aerials included?
- The Minimalist, The Kit + Kaboodle, Real Estate Photos & Video, and The Whole Shebang each include about six aerial photographs, and Aerial Photography books on its own. Every flight depends on weather, wind, visibility, and the FAA airspace rules for the address, and the remote pilot has the final say. When a flight is not possible, the aerials are rescheduled or the charge is adjusted.
- Which cities do you cover, and is there a travel fee?
- The studio is based in Jupiter and photographs listings across Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River counties, including Palm Beach Gardens, Stuart, Port St. Lucie, Vero Beach, and the towns between them. There is no travel fee within 85 road miles of Jupiter, which covers the Palm Beaches and the Treasure Coast through Vero Beach and Sebastian. Beyond that, a per-mile fee is calculated from the property address on the booking form before you pick a time.
- Can you make my listing Zillow Showcase ready?
- Yes. Book The Kit + Kaboodle or The Whole Shebang and the Zillow 3D Home tour and floor plan can be uploaded to Zillow Showcase on request. An unbranded tour link is delivered for the MLS alongside the branded version.
