In the frames

- Repetition is the challenge. Dozens of near-identical buildings share the course, so a listing frame needs the building number, the view, and the distance to the nearest pool made unmistakable.
- Golf and lake views from second-floor balconies are the selling frames; ground-floor units sell on the patio and the walk to the pool.
- Fifty-five-plus condominium living: the amenities are the neighborhood, and buyers ask which club house is theirs.

Good to know
- Vista Royale's streets are open; Vista Gardens next door is gated and needs its code in the property's access notes.
- The address sits inside the controlled airspace around Vero Beach Regional Airport, so each aerial flight needs an FAA airspace authorization; the remote pilot obtains it before the visit, and the terms let the pilot call off a flight that cannot be authorized.
- Many owners are seasonal. Confirm who will open the unit and whether the carport space should be shown empty.
- If the home is not ready when the photographer arrives, the shoot may go ahead as-is, be shortened, or be completed on a paid return visit.
