Sea Cove

About this gallery
What the photos of Sea Cove show.
In the frames
- Sunrise aerials of the white buildings behind the dune, the wide beach with early walkers, and the coastline north toward the Central Beach village.
- The Sea Cove sign in its flower bed, the blue-awning entrance, the covered walkway, and the courtyard gardens between the buildings.
- The club room with its navy ceiling, the library wall, the kitchen, the pool on the dune, and the boardwalk out to the sand.
How it photographs
- White mid-rise buildings with blue accents against sea-grape green and a broad public beach, which photograph best in the first hour of light before the beach fills.
- No gate and a public park next door, so the community frames include people on the sand; a listing shoot is timed to keep them out of the frame.
- Two-bedroom units of about 1,300 to 1,400 sq ft: compact interiors where wide lenses and the balcony view do the work.

Media that earns its place.
What to book, and why
- Photography only covers most units; the dune, pool, and beach come from this gallery.
- A sunrise aerial or two for an ocean-facing unit, showing the building, the balcony line, and the beach.
- A floor plan for buyers from out of the area, which is most of them for a beachside second home.

Access
Condominium
Vero Beach, Indian River County.
Gate codes and access instructions go in the property’s access notes when you book; the full terms are on the terms of service page.
Good to know
- No gate. Parking is in the surface lot; the photographer checks in with the owner or agent at the unit.
- Common areas (lobby, pool deck, beach walkover) are photographed from the areas open to residents and guests; check with the association before a shoot that needs a locked amenity room opened.
- Sea-turtle nesting season runs March 1 to October 31. Lights visible from the beach must be off or turtle-friendly amber after 9 pm, which limits what a late twilight exterior can show from the ocean side; a blue-hour frame taken earlier is the usual answer.
- If the home is not ready when the photographer arrives, the shoot may go ahead as-is, be shortened, or be completed on a paid return visit.
