  • The beach is across A1A. Ocean views belong to the condominiums on the east side; the west side sells on the lagoon, the docks, and the club.

  • A video walkthrough that ends on the dock or the pool deck suits the waterfront homes, where the outdoor living area is the reason for the price.

What to know first.

Access

Gated entry

Vero Beach, Indian River County.

Gate codes and access instructions go in the property’s access notes when you book; the full terms are on the terms of service page.

Good to know

  • Gated entry: put the gate code or call-box instructions in the property's access notes when booking so the photographer is not left at the keypad.
  • Boat-lift and dock photographs depend on the tide and on whether a boat is on the lift; ask the owner which they prefer shown.
  • Sea-turtle nesting season runs March 1 to October 31. Lights visible from the beach must be off or turtle-friendly amber after 9 pm, which limits what a late twilight exterior can show from the ocean side; a blue-hour frame taken earlier is the usual answer.
  • If the home is not ready when the photographer arrives, the shoot may go ahead as-is, be shortened, or be completed on a paid return visit.
