About this gallery
What the photos of Indian River Club show.
In the frames
- The Indian River Club sign, the club house with its wraparound porch from the ground and the air, and the entry lobby, dining room, grill room, and pro shop inside.
- The course: island and peninsula greens edged in coquina rock, bunkers at the water, a red sail on one of the lakes, and long views over the pines toward the lagoon.
- The pool and tennis center from above, the fire-pit terrace at the club house, and the lakes that thread the whole 300 acres.
How it photographs
- Old-growth pines and oaks instead of palms, with scrub-jay habitat left in place, so the aerials look more like a Carolina course than a Florida one.
- Low density. Homes sit well apart on their lots, and the fairway or lake view is usually the reason a buyer is looking here.
- Coastal-vernacular houses with porches and metal roofs, which photograph well from a low aerial angle that keeps the roofline and the water in one frame.

Media that earns its place.
What to book, and why
- Aerials on every golf or lake lot, low enough to show the porch and high enough to place the hole.
- The Zillow 3D tour and a floor plan for the condominiums, where several plans repeat and buyers compare them online first.
- Photos alone cover a condominium that can borrow the course and club context from this gallery.

Access
Gated entry
Vero Beach, Indian River County.
Gate codes and access instructions go in the property’s access notes when you book; the full terms are on the terms of service page.
Good to know
- Gated entry: put the gate code or call-box instructions in the property's access notes when booking so the photographer is not left at the keypad.
- The course is private. Community frames here were made with the club; a listing shoot stays on the property and does not walk the fairways.
- Course maintenance runs early; an aerial that needs a quiet fairway is flown after the crews have moved on.
- If the home is not ready when the photographer arrives, the shoot may go ahead as-is, be shortened, or be completed on a paid return visit.
