Sea Oaks
Sea Oaks Beach & Tennis Club at the north end of Vero Beach's barrier island: the oak-canopied lanes, the tennis courts from above, the beach club on the dune, and the lagoon marina.

About this gallery
What the photos of Sea Oaks show.
In the frames
- The green Sea Oaks and Tennis Club signs, the lanes under the live oaks, and the yellow two-story club house with its verandas and brick terrace.
- Aerials straight down on the Har-Tru courts set among the trees, the pools tucked into the canopy, and the townhome and condominium clusters between them.
- The oceanfront beach club with its white metal roof on the dune, the beach in a stiff onshore wind, and the marina and fishing pier on the Indian River Lagoon.
How it photographs
- The densest canopy of any community in this list. Ground-level exteriors are shot for shade and the aerial is what reveals a home's position between ocean and lagoon.
- Several residence types inside one gate (low-rise condominiums, tennis villas, townhomes, single-family homes), so a listing needs its type made obvious in the first frame.
- Key West vernacular: pale clapboard, white rails, metal roofs, which hold detail well against the dark green of the oaks.

Media that earns its place.
What to book, and why
- A measured floor plan helps here more than in most communities, because the villa and townhome plans are compact and buyers ask about the layout first.
- Aerials for anything on the lagoon side or with a view corridor to the ocean; from the street those views are invisible under the trees.
- Photos alone are enough for many of the tennis villas, where the club context can be borrowed from this gallery.

Access
Gated entry
Vero Beach, Indian River County.
Gate codes and access instructions go in the property’s access notes when you book; the full terms are on the terms of service page.
Good to know
- Gated entry: put the gate code or call-box instructions in the property's access notes when booking so the photographer is not left at the keypad.
- Interior light under the canopy is lower and cooler than on the open beach; HDR exposures are routine, and a shoot is timed for the hours the sun clears the trees on the property's side.
- Sea-turtle nesting season runs March 1 to October 31. Lights visible from the beach must be off or turtle-friendly amber after 9 pm, which limits what a late twilight exterior can show from the ocean side; a blue-hour frame taken earlier is the usual answer.
- If the home is not ready when the photographer arrives, the shoot may go ahead as-is, be shortened, or be completed on a paid return visit.
