Marbrisa
Marbrisa in Indian River Shores, ocean to river: the coral-stone gate, the lakefront club house, the courts and the lakes from the air, and the dock on the lagoon at sunset.

About this gallery
What the photos of Marbrisa show.
In the frames
- The Marbrisa monuments in coral stone, the entry under the oaks, and the community dock reaching into the Indian River Lagoon, one frame of it at sunset.
- The lakefront club house with its verandas and lawn, its fitness room, sitting room and fireplace, kitchen, and screen-enclosed lap pool.
- Aerials straight down on the three tennis courts, and wide views over the lakes, the homes, and the lagoon side toward Jungle Trail.
How it photographs
- Two waters and a lake between them. Riverside lots sell on the lagoon and the dock; the interior lots sell on the lakes, and the aerial is what shows which a home has.
- Established landscaping under big oaks, so morning and late light are the working hours and midday is for interiors.
- Villas, single-family homes, and oceanfront townhomes share the gate; the type needs to be clear in the first exterior.

Access
Gated entry
Indian River Shores, Indian River County.
Gate codes and access instructions go in the property’s access notes when you book; the full terms are on the terms of service page.
Good to know
- Gated entry: put the gate code or call-box instructions in the property's access notes when booking so the photographer is not left at the keypad.
- Jungle Trail, the sand road along the western edge, is a county historic road; aerials over the lagoon side are flown from the property, not from the trail.
- Sea-turtle nesting season runs March 1 to October 31. Lights visible from the beach must be off or turtle-friendly amber after 9 pm, which limits what a late twilight exterior can show from the ocean side; a blue-hour frame taken earlier is the usual answer.
- If the home is not ready when the photographer arrives, the shoot may go ahead as-is, be shortened, or be completed on a paid return visit.
