Good to know

Staffed gate: the listing agent registers the visit with the gatehouse, and the property's access notes on the booking should carry any instructions the guard will expect.
Witham Field in Stuart keeps controlled airspace nearby; the remote pilot checks the address and obtains FAA authorization before an aerial flight where it is needed.
The course is private and the community frames here were made with the club; a listing shoot stays on the property.
