What it is
What is an agent headshot?
An agent headshot is a professional portrait of a real estate agent for the places clients see them first: the MLS profile, LinkedIn, the brokerage roster, signage, and printed cards. Brokerages and teams book headshots to give a whole roster one consistent look. Higginbotham Media photographs headshots on location, in your office or a setting that suits your brand, or in the studio against a controlled background. The photographer sets the lighting and talks you through expressions and angles between wardrobe changes, so bring two or three outfits in solid colors you'd wear to meet a client. You receive retouched, color-graded selects in a private online gallery within two business days, sized for the MLS, LinkedIn, print cards, and the web. Tracey quotes each session separately: send a note from the contact page saying studio or location and how many people need photographs, and Tracey replies within a business day.

Before the shoot
How to get ready.

- Choose what you would wear to meet a client, and press it: creases photograph.
- Arrive with hair and any makeup done as you would for an important listing appointment.
- For an on-location session, pick a spot with clean, uncluttered background: an office, a lobby, a shaded exterior.
- Tell the photographer where the portraits will run so the crops and backgrounds suit them.
