What it is
What is commercial property photography?
Commercial property photography is photography, video, aerial imaging, and 3D tours of a business property, made to show tenants, buyers, guests, and customers how the space looks and works. Higginbotham Media photographs offices and professional suites, retail and restaurant spaces, hospitality properties, and industrial and multifamily buildings across Florida's Treasure Coast and The Palm Beaches. Each job is scoped per project: the studio asks about the property, the spaces to cover, and the deliverables, then quotes the work. Interior and exterior photography, aerial and drone imaging, video, and 3D tours with floor plans can each be part of the scope. Edited files are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Travel is included within 85 road miles of the studio, and licensing and usage are scoped with the project. To start, send the property address, the property type, and what you need shot through the quote request on the Higginbotham Media commercial service page.

How it works
From booking to delivery.
Book
Commercial work is quoted per project rather than booked as a package. Send the property address, the property type, and what you need shot in the quote request below, and Tracey replies within a business day.
Prepare
Get the property ready before the visit: the checklist below covers what makes the biggest difference. Access details go in the quote request.
The visit
The studio plans the visit around the property: the spaces to cover, when the site is open or empty, and the access details you send with the quote request. Aerial work is flown only when airspace and weather allow.
Editing and delivery
Edited files are delivered within 24 to 48 hours in most cases. Galleries stay open for the period stated at delivery, typically one year, so download and keep your own copies.
Before the shoot
How to get ready.
- Tell the studio who controls access, and when the property is open, closed, or vacant.
- Clear parking areas and move vehicles out of the exterior frame where you can.
- Switch on interior and exterior lights, and have signage and displays in place.
- Let tenants, staff, or residents know a photographer will be on site.
- For aerials, mention any airspace concerns near the property so the pilot can check them before the visit.
